I bought a Bulgari from Victor last week and it was a great transaction. They have a good selection of Rolexes with some cartiers, breitlings and other swiss watches sprinkled in there. Prices are reasonable...lower than retail and right around wholesale. They also stand behind their watches which is rare for a "loan" type place. Most of the watches seemed to be detailed as well. Very highly recommended if you are in the market for a preowned high end watch.

This is the last place I came to after getting quotes on my set of wedding bands. Almost didn't stop, but so glad I did. It was the only place willing to buy my rings including the small diamond, which I have no need to keep. I want the whole set gone. The gentleman that helped me was also able to tell me more about the diamond than even the most reputable and most advertised jewelry buyer I went to previously. I walked out of here happy and would definitely do business with them again. Great selection for sale as well.

I have spent a tremendous amount of time searching for a jeweler that would appraise my jewelries at a reasonable price. I only wanted a verbal appraisal since my objective is to sell my jewelries personally to friends and family so a formal appraisal was not required. Most charges by the hour for verbal appraisal and I find it unreasonable to pay someone a hefty price for minimal work. Until I found Houston Jewelry Buyers. I was charged $0 to appraise several pieces of my jewelries. It was surprising to know that someone still charges free for something that could take time out of their day. Even though I was not a paying customer, they provided me a service like I was a regular high paying customer. I highly recommend this place. Everyone was very accommodating and service was excellent.

Hello everyone I want to give this jewelry shop a great review for their excellent customer service and very affordable repair and fix on watches. I had misplaced a piece on the brand new watch I just purchased online so I stopped by this great store and a young guy had helped me fit my watch and repair it to where it fit great on my wrist. I will come back to the store to buy another watch I would highly recommend anyone who wants to buy a watch or to get it fixed in a fast decent time to come to this location and store.

First time I heard of these guys a divorcee woman in my office was telling me how she sold all her jewelry given to her by her ex-husband at this place. She said “they gave me a fair deal, you should go shopping there.” I did. I have bought jewelry there now several times. It is my “go-to” spot. This part of the review is for guys. Think about it guys - you know you hate spending money on jewelry for your wife but you know it makes her happy. If your wife is like mine she doesn’t care where it came from or if it is is new. She only wants it to be quality. Well. These guys always have nice inventory to choose from. And the tagged prices are way below jewelry store RIP-OFF prices. Think about it too - this is in the right part of Houston where the rich ladies live. Like my divorcee friend, they have nice jewelry in this part of town. So when you shop here you are getting Houston’s finest for the most part. I’m one of those guys who wants to be “in and out in 10 minutes” when I shop. There’s no bs’ing here. No big sales pitch on you. You go in, you look, you ask to see what you like and they clean it and pack it up for you. I just bought a nice necklace and they put it in a perfect box and gift wrapped it for me. NO WORK on my part. In and out in ten minutes. They know me there now! I don’t generally do reviews but I like this place a lot. It is the jewelry store you want if you are a guy who likes to keep popping bling on your wife. My wife squeals when she gets GOLD and it makes me a hero at home. What the heck. I actually love the woman with my heart and soul so why not! But I refuse to get ripped off in jewelry stores. Hope this helps you guys make a decision.

Stopped by to get a battery for my Movado watch, while waiting I asked a gentleman can he clean my wedding band, he cleaned & polished it for me, the customer service was great & both were done in a matter of minutes. Great place to go.

There comes a time when you are in need of help on impressing someone.
I have a friend that her daughter will be graduating from USMC OCS (United States Marine Corps, Officer Candidate School) and my presentation to the boot 2nd LT. is a silver dollar.
The coin I have was some what dull and would not make an impression this Christmas.
As I was in search of a polishing cloth or some how to polish the coin I cam across Houston Jewelry Buyers and walked in to find some help.
My first impression was, what a clean place and very well lighted and well guarded.
I was welcomed up to the counter and I introduced myself and I started with the questions and then the questions were well answered.The manager took the coin and walked away after a few minutes he returned with a coin that would shine like a diamond.
Everyone at the counter are product knowledgeable and are admirable.
I thank the staff, personnel and employees for having treated me as a $10,000.00 customer.
